How we deliver
Our cleaning, security and customer service teams and our general maintenance technicians are directly employed by Westralian — never outsourced. That gives us direct control over training, supervision, quality and accountability on every site.
Licensed trade work is delivered by vetted specialist contractors under our management, so you still deal with one accountable provider.
We focus on ongoing service contracts for larger commercial sites: shopping centres, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, education campuses, strata developments and local government.
